UPDATE: Police arrest 3 suspects in Hamilton drive-thru shooting

HAMILTON, OH (FOX19) - Police have arrested three suspects who they say were involved in the attempted robbery and shooting of a store clerk on Saturday afternoon in Hamilton.

A short time after 6:30 p.m., police were called to Minnicks Drive Thru in the 1900 block of Dixie Highway for a report of a shooting.

Police found the store clerk, 57-year-old Jacob Williams, shot after an attempted robbery. He was transported to Fort Hamilton Hospital for his injuries.

Police have arrested Tre'wawn Heard, 18, for felonious assault and aggravated robbery; Lindsay Gail Taylor, 19, for aggravated robbery and complicity to felonious assault; and James Terrell Hughley, 19, for complicity to aggravated robbery, carrying a concealed weapon, weapons under disability and driving under suspension.
