FOX19.com Midday Update

Good afternoon! Here is a midday update from FOX19.com.

We are streaming LIVE DOPPLER RADAR on FOX19.com.

Some roads in the Tri-State are bad. The worst area appears to be in southeast Indiana, where a jack-knifed semi truck has shut down I-74, and in Franklin County, a separate accident has claimed the life of one person.

To get more traffic information, visit the Traffic Tracker on FOX19.com.

And again, for road conditions in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana, just click here.

Several communities have declared snow emergencies. Click here for a list.

In other news today....

Police have identified a body found along the Interstate yesterday.

Police are looking for a missing teenager who walked away from a hospital.

And big news from North Carolina, where police have announced whether or not they'll file charges against Chris Henry's fiancee. See what they decided.

Ohio has executed its second inmate using the one-drug method.

And a man shot at least three people today at an office building in Missouri.

Today on the FOX19.com video page: Meet the couple who won the Kentucky Powerball jackpot and how seniors are getting warm hot meals during the winter.

Stay on top of everything weather-wise on the FOX19.com weather page.

Tracking Your Winter Blast: Snow continues to fall across the entire Tri-State. From now through 5pm this afternoon look for periods of intense snowfall with steady accumulation. From time to time you will have a break, but roads will remain snow covered and slick. By this evening expect 3 to 4 inches of snow on the ground with another 1inch of additional snow tonight. Blowing snow will remain a issue.
