LIBERTY TWP. (FOX19) - A 14-year-old boy is in custody after police say he raped and robbed a 64-year-old woman.

It happened at the Countryside Village Mobile Homes around 3 a.m. Monday morning.

"He knocked on the door at the lady's home and when she came to the door he forced his way in," said Butler County Sheriff Richard Jones.
That's when police say the suspect demanded money, hit the victim in the head with a long weapon, and then raped the woman, and forced her to get in her car and drive.

"Demanded that she take him to an ATM machine, by force, got her in the car, took her to the ATM machine, and before she got there, he jumped out of the car and fled," Jones said.
Taking her purse along with him, that's when police were called to the scene.
"I have a lady that came in and said she was beat up and raped and I need an officer out here," a 911 caller told dispatchers.
Investigators began searching the area and arrested the 14 -year-old boy near his home in the Countryside Village Mobile Homes where police say both the suspect and the victim live.
"It's a horrendous crime by a 14-year-old and it appeared to be random at this point," Jones said.
The victim was treated at a local hospital. The 14-year-old suspect is in custody and faces various felony charges including, aggravated rape, aggravated burglary, rape, kidnapping and felonious assault.
The teen was scheduled to have a court appearance Tuesday morning, but a parent or guardian did not show up, so the judge appointed an attorney as guardian and rescheduled the appearance for Wednesday morning.
Authorities say the suspect is a student at Monroe High School.
