Cloudy skies will remain today with a high of 39 degrees. Rain showers will develop by late Wednesday afternoon and some of it could be mixed with some light snow. Then steady rain moving in for Thursday, and temperatures staying near 40 or just above. Rain will move out by Friday afternoon and get ready for sunny skies and highs near 50 on Sunday.
