HAMILTON, OH (FOX19) - A 14-year-old boy accused of raping his 64-year-old neighbor in Liberty Township was back in court Tuesday.
A Butler County Judge ruled that there is enough evidence to move forward with the case, and ordered the teen to undergo a psychological evaluation.
The teen's mother was not in court, but the victim's family was.
"It's slow, very slow, just got to take it one step at a time and just hope the courts do the right thing," said Chris Feltner, a family member of the victim.
The next hearing is set for March 8, where prosecutors will begin to push for the teen to be tried as an adult.
