Child accused of starting fire

NORTHSIDE, OH (FOX19) - The Red Cross is helping a family of four after their house caught fire overnight.

Firefighters say a child playing with a lighter lit a mattress on fire, igniting the flames.

No one was injured, but the fire caused about $20,000 in damage.
