HEBRON, KY (FOX19) - A Conner High School student was struck by a car driven by another student as she was walking to school Friday morning.

Police say Caitlyn Bush, 18, of Burlington, was walking in the street in the 3600 block of Jonathan Drive in Hebron around 7:30 a.m. when she was struck by a Mazda 626 driven by a 17-year-old fellow student.

Bush was taken to St. Elizabeth Hospital in Florence, where she was treated for minor injuries and released.

The driver indicated he didn't see Bush walking in the street because his windshield was still frosted over. He was cited for operating his vehicle with an obstructed view.
