COVINGTON, KY (FOX19) - A Kenton County judge issued a bench warrant Tuesday for WWE wrestler Chris Jericho after he failed to appear in court on alcohol intoxication charges.

Jericho, whose real name is Chris Irvine, was arrested in January.  Police say Jericho and another WWE wrestler, Gregory Helms, were drunk and fighting at a Shell Station on Buttermilk Pike in Crescent Springs, KY.

The two were in town for taping of the WWE Smackdown Show at US Bank Arena.

Neither Jericho nor an attorney for him was in court Tuesday, so the judge issued a failure to show citation for $253.00.
