CINCINNATI (FOX 19) -- Cincinnati city officials don't know how much money has been spent so far on snow removal.

There is $500,000 reserve for the snow removal effort. It pays for equipment, supplies and manpower.

City spokeswoman Meg Olberding said the priority is safety. "The city has other reserves or back up accounts we would look at and certainly we would have time since this is the beginning of the year to look where to get that money by the end of the year," Olberding said.

She says if the city sees more snow, expect the same level of attention and efforts to keep the streets clear.
