MIDDLETOWN, OH (FOX19) - A Trenton man accused of murdering his wife was in court Thursday.
Donald Wyatt was arraigned on charges of murder, felonious assault, endangering children and obstruction.
Bond was set at $1,460,000 - $1 million for the murder charge; $250,000 for felonious assault; $200,000 for endangering children and $10,000 for obstruction.
Wyatt is accused of killing his wife, Rhonda, in the presence of her child. When police arrived to the scene, he barricaded himself inside his home, and SWAT was called.
Wyatt said in court that he could not afford an attorney, so the court will appoint one for him. His next court date is set for March 5.
