CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - Former Butler County commissioner Michael A. Fox has had his trial postponed for a second time this Wednesday.
The delay is due to the US Supreme Court debating the constitutionality of the Honest Services Law, which was used to put Enron's CEO in jail.
Fox was due in U.S. District Court in Cincinnati June 1. His trial has now been postponed indefinitely.
Fox is on trial for taking money from county contractors and is charged with mail fraud, filing a false tax return, and perjury.
