CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - Bond was set Friday for a man accused of killing a woman while she was holding her 3-week-old infant.

Shamon McDavis is being held in the Hamilton County Justice Center on a $3 million bond.

McDavis faces a murder charge for the death of Kelli Walton and a felonious assault charge for injuries caused to the infant.

Walton was shot and killed Thursday morning in the 5100 block of Hawaiian Terrace. Police say the baby is still at Children's Hospital, but her condition is unknown.
