Police were called on a report of a fight outside Dickmann's Sports Cafe' at 1:47 a.m. Sunday.  When they got there, the fight was over, but they found Patrick McGrath of Fort Wright on the ground with a serious head injury and the suspect gone. McGrath died later in the day at University hospital.

After working on the case for a couple days, Tuesday afternoon police and other went to Kaylor's home on Western Avenue and arrested him.  After several hours of questioning, he was taken to the Kenton County Detention Center.  He will be arraigned Wednesday morning.

Kaylor has been jailed several times before in Kenton County, but always for charges much smaller than those in this case.
