Not a wash-out, but do keep that umbrella handy. Some off and on rain showers continue this morning with another round of rain and the chance for thunderstorms late this afternoon into the overnight period. We will remain mild today, with a high of 65 degrees.

Then expect on and off rain through Friday, steady rain Friday afternoon into evening, and showers then on Saturday and early Sunday as temperatures fall back into the low 50's.
