CLERMONT COUNTY (FOX 19) --- Amy Baker, a key figure in the Marcus Fiesel case, has been arrested on charges of driving under the influence of drugs.
Goshen Township police say they stopped Baker Saturday morning in the 6500 block of state route 132 for speeding and a lanes violation.
She was arrested for operating a vehicle while under the influence of drugs.
She is also charged with drug trafficking of prescription pills as a result of an ongoing investigation by Goshen Township police.
Baker is also using the name Amy Ramsey, according to police.
Baker lived with David and Liz Carroll, who were convicted of killing foster child Marcus Fiesel.
