CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - A Springdale man was arrested Monday night on accusations that he took explicit photos of a minor.
Timothy McNamee, 55, was arraigned Tuesday morning on two counts of gross sexual imposition with a child under the age of 13 and six counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity material. His bond was set at $10,000.
McNamee was arrested by Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents and the Springfield Police after an investigation revealed he photographed and filmed the minor nude and inappropriately touched the minor between 2006 and 2009. He later posted the images and video on a pornographic website.
"All children have an absolute right to grow up free from the fear of being sexually exploited," said Brian Moskowitz, special agent in charge of the ICE Office of Investigations for Michigan and Ohio. "ICE will relentlessly pursue anyone who physically abuses or sexually exploits our most vulnerable asset, our children."
