Good afternoon! We have several new and developing stories to tell you about in this edition of the FOX19.com Midday Update.

BREAKING NEWS from Hebron, where Delta airline officials have announced they are reducing operations at CVG from two concourses to one. More details and a statement from CVG here.

In a Hamilton County courtroom this afternoon, serial killer Anthony Kirkland will take the stand and ask a jury to spare his life.

Also happening this morning, Ohio has executed an inmate who tried to overdose on drugs last week.

And this just in from Florida: Tiger Woods says he will return to golf during The Masters next month.

Flooding is becoming more of a concern along the Ohio River, and some roads in Anderson Township are closed due to high water.

A Springfield man was in court this morning after being arrested last night on charges that he took pornographic pictures of children. More on the case here.

And in a bizarre case in Paducah, Kentucky, a father is behind bars, accused of putting his infant in an oven.

Expect a sun and cloud mix later this afternoon with more sunshine into the late afternoon, a daytime high of 56 degrees. Then as we work through the next several days temperatures will rise into the low 60's with plenty of sunshine. Our next chance for rain will arrive on Saturday with the chance of thunderstorms late afternoon into the evening with falling temperatures on Sunday.
