CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19)  - The Findlay Market Association has announced the Grand Marshal and Dignitaries for the 91st Reds Opening Day Parade on April 5.

The Grand Marshal will be former Reds catcher Johnny Bench, who is a member of the Baseball Hall of Fame and ended his storied career in 1983 after earning a pair of Most Valuable Player Awards, 10 Gold Gloves and 14 All-Star Game selections. Bench currently serves on the Board of the Reds Hall of Fame and Museum

The Honorary Marshal will be George Grande, who retired as the play-by-play voice of the Reds on FOX Sports Ohio last year after 17 seasons. A 41-year veteran of the broadcasting business, George also covered the World Series, NBA Finals, Stanley Cup Finals, Super Bowl, NCAA basketball tournament, College World Series and major college football games.

A Dignitary will be Miss Ohio Amanda Tempel,  who is representing her hometown of St. Bernard. The 20 year old is a 2008 graduate of Roger Bacon High School. Amanda attended her first semester of college at Kent State University majoring in Fashion Merchandising then transferred to The University of Cincinnati Blue Ash where she is majoring in Pre-Business.

The other Dignitary will be Reds pitcher Bronson Arroyo, who has twice been awarded the Johnny Vander Meer Award as the club's Most Outstanding Pitcher (2006, 2009). In 2009 he led the Reds' pitching staff in wins (15), starts (33), complete games (3), shutouts (2) and innings pitched (220.1).
