Woman accused of killing student found "Not Guilty"

by Roger Seay email

HAMILTON, OH (FOX19) - A Butler County judges says that Portia Hudson is "not guilty" of vehicular manslaughter after the car she was driving hit a St. Xavier student.

Prosecutors says that Kevin Le was in a crosswalk last September when he was struck by the car and died.

But yesterday the judge said in his ruling there was no evidence showing that Le was in the crosswalk when he was hit.

Hudson was found guilty of a red-light violation and fined 75 dollars and her license suspended for three months.
