SOUTH CUMMINSVILLE, OH (FOX19) - A teenager is under arrest after an overnight SWAT standoff in South Cumminsville.
It all started around 1 a.m. Wednesday morning near the intersection of Faraday and Cass. Police were trying to serve arrest warrants on charges of trespassing and obstructing justice to Marsenio Davis, 19.
Davis did not cooperate with police, so SWAT was called. When SWAT members went in to get a sleeping 6-year-old girl who was inside the home, Davis surrendered.
The whole thing lasted about an hour. Some of Davis' family members were inside the home at the time, but no one was hurt.
Police say Davis is also a person of interest in a shooting from last month.
He was taken to the Hamilton County Justice Center. Right now, he is only charged with four outstanding warrants.
