UPDATE: Arrest made in Blue Ash shooting

BLUE ASH, OH (FOX19) - Police have made an arrest after a shooting in Blue Ash Wednesday morning.

Police say multiple shots were fired in the parking lot of the Deer Cross Apartments just after 2 a.m.

A person staying at the apartment complex, Nathaniel B. Williams, 30, of Cincinnati, reported that he was confronted in the parking lot by subjects who he stated were attempting to rob him. He produced a handgun and shot at the subjects.  Evidence indicates that Williams was also being shot at by the subjects. 

Antonio D. Steele, 26, of Cincinnati, was shot in the head and taken to University Hospital for treatment.

Williams has been arrested and charged with Having Weapons While Under a Disability, a felony of the third degree. 

Police say preliminary investigation revealed that 15 or more gunshots were exchanged between up to three individuals in the parking lot. Three apartments and two cars were also hit by bullets during the incident, but no one else was injured.
