COLUMBUS, Ohio (AP) - Prosecutors have charged a 13-year-old boy in the fatal shooting of his 3-year-old half brother in eastern Ohio.
Michael Hulsey will face counts of reckless homicide and possession of drugs in Muskingum County juvenile court.
He was charged Friday following the death of 3-year-old Shannon Harrop Wednesday after the child was struck by a shotgun blast in the family's home in the village of Philo.
Hulsey could be sent to an Ohio Department of Youth Services detention facility if judged to be guilty of the juvenile charges.
