TAIPEI, Taiwan (AP) - Buildings in the capital of Taiwan swayed for 20 seconds Monday after a strong offshore earthquake. But there were no immediate reports of injuries or damage. The U.S. Geological Survey says the quake was magnitude 6.5, and was 195 miles off Taiwan's southeast coast. No tsunami alert was issued.
