Home invasion robbery leads to chase

HAMILTON, OH (FOX19) - A home invasion robbery led to a chase in Hamilton, and a suspect is still on the loose.

Police were called to the 800 block of Shuler Avenue Monday night just before 9 p.m. Upon arrival, officers observed a vehicle leaving the scene at a high rate of speed and gave chase.

The chase ended in Middletown, where the occupants abandoned their vehicle and fled on foot. The driver of the vehicle and one of the robbery suspects were located and returned to Hamilton for further investigation.

Occupants of the home said two black males entered the residence and took personal property, including electronics. Five people were in the apartment at the time, but no one was injured.

Terrance Young, 23, of Forest Park, was arrested on one count of aggravated burglary and four counts of aggravated robbery. Alexis Patterson, 18, of Middletown, was arrested for felony fleeing from an officer, complicity to aggravated burglary and four counts of complicity to aggravated robbery. A second black male is wanted in connection with the robbery and was described by witnesses as being in his 20's, about 6-feet tall and 200 pounds.
