Wednesday Midday Update

Good Wednesday afternoon from FOX19 -

It has been a busy day in downtown Cincinnati - with firefighters called to a 3-alarm fire in Over-the-Rhine just around 3:45A-M.  You can read about the fire which destroyed Smitty's Mens Store here.

Kentucky's Governor says he will shut down state services if legislators don't agree on a state budget.  State parks, mine enforcement and other services could be affected if an agreement is not reached by July.

Three soldiers are among those accused of attacking a Cincinnati homeless man.

Sandra Bullock has filed for divorce from Jessie James - according to People Magazine.  Also just reveled is that the couple just adopted a child in January.

Crystal Bowersox did NOT get rave reviews in last night's American Idol but she has a new song that is hitting the airwaves.  Holy Toledo is making the charts.

Steve Horstmeyer's forecast for the weekend -

After a chilly and frosty start, we will warm into the low 60's with a high temperature of 63° today. Expect clear skies tonight with a low of 40° and then sunshine on Thursday and a high of 73°.

FLYING PIG SUNDAY: Six model runs in a row have put steady, possibly heavy rain in the area for both Saturday and Sunday mornings for the Flying Pig events. Much could change but right now it looks wet.
