CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - Blood droplets led police to the arrest of a man for breaking into a local beauty salon.

Police say Dante Price, 36, broke into Zara's Beauty Salon in November by using a rock to break the front door glass. Once inside, Price allegedly rummaged through drawers and counters, but its unclear if he took anything. He then left the building through the same door opening.

When police arrived to investigate the scene, they found blood droplets from where the suspect had cut himself breaking the glass.  Samples were entered into the CODIS system and the DNA was identified as Price's.

Police say the owner of the business doesn't know Price or why he was in the business.

Price has been charged with one count of breaking and entering. His bond was set at $5,000.
