WARREN COUNTY, OH (FOX19) - Several police agencies in Warren County have announced the conclusion of a three-month long drug trafficking investigation involving high school students.
Police have identified nine people, indicted seven of them and have arrested six for charges involving marijuana trafficking.
Four of the defendants - Michael Huff, 18, Florentino Plata, 18, Steven Rice, 18, and David Singleton, 21 - are considered adults and have been indicted by a Warren County Grand Jury. One of those people - David Singleton - is has not been arrested and is wanted by police. Three of the defendants are juveniles and were indicted in Warren County Juvenile Court.
Two of the defendants attend Springboro High School and four attend the Warren County Career Center.
Two individuals have been identified with charges expected in the near future.
Approximately four pounds of marijuana, digital scales, drug ledgers, cash and one vehicle have all been recovered.
Police say none of the trafficking occurred on school grounds.
