CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - The former chief of the Indian Hill Rangers has been arrested for public indecency and drug charges.

Larry Chadwell, 60, was chief of the Rangers from 1995 to 1999. He served with the Rangers for 25 years.

Chadwell was arrested Monday afternoon after police say he exposed his private parts to a woman and her 2-year-old daughter.

During a search of Chadwell's vehicle, police also found a loaded revolver handgun in his glove compartment and prescription drugs in an unmarked bottle.

He is charged with public indecency, two counts of possession of a dangerous drug and improper handling of a weapon in a motor vehicle.

He is currently out of jail on his own recognizance. He entered a written plea of not guilty during his arraignment Tuesday afternoon.
