Flood advisories are in effect for the Tri-State all afternoon. Stay up to date on the FOX19 Weather page and see how long the rain will last.

Already 1 to 3 inches of water has fallen south and west of Cincinnati. Heavy rain continues into early afternoon especially from the city south, also west. We could see a half an inch to a inch of rain in a short period of time in these heavy cells, adding up to 2 to 3 inches of water, and upwards of 3 to 5 inches possible in spots. Flooding and high water will be a concern. This will continue through late morning with rain chances through mid-afternoon, with a daytime high of 73°.

Rain will taper late day and overnight. We will have a dry start to your Thursday with a high of 83°. However, by late Thursday strong storms will develop out ahead of a cool front that will bring us comfortable air for the weekend.
