No charges against Xenia runaway wife, boyfriend

XENIA, Ohio (AP) - Prosecutors say they won't charge an Ohio wife and mother whose disappearance triggered days of searches and national TV appeals before she turned up in Florida with another man.

Greene County and Xenia prosecutors in southwest Ohio say no crimes occurred and no criminal charges apply against 31-year-old Tiffany Tehan and boyfriend Tre Hutcherson. Xenia Prosecutor Stephen Haller says the couple agreed to pay the city $5,000 in police overtime costs for the search.

Tehan was reported missing April 17. Friends and family of the married mother of a 1-year-old daughter handed out fliers, used social media and went on national television asking for help.

Tehan and Hutcherson were found five days later in Miami Beach.
