ANDERSON TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) - An Anderson Township man has been arrested after leading police on a slow speed chase.
Police attempted to pull over Clarence Frye, 28, around 12:45 a.m. Tuesday morning in the 5200 block of Beechmont Avenue for driving under suspension.
Frye refused to comply until he got to his home on Sutton Street, where he exited his vehicle and fled on foot. He confronted deputies numerous times and was tased numerous times to no effect.
He was eventually subdued and taken into custody. He is charged with fleeing and eluding, driving under suspension and resisting arrest.
Two officers suffered minor injuries.
The vehicle pursuit reached speeds of 35 miles per hour and covered about 1.6 miles.
