Mom, infant taken to hospital after drunk driving crash

CINCINATI, OH (FOX19) - A mother and her 1-month-old daughter were taken to the hospital after being involved in a drunk-driving crash.

Police say Amy Riley, 32, hit a parked car in the 3900 block of Washington Ave. in Cheviot on Saturday.

When police arrived, they found Riley and her infant daughter. Both were taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Riley was released from the hospital and taken to the Hamilton County Justice Center, where she is charged with child endangering, OVI, reasonable control and child restraint.

241-KIDS was called to take the child into custody.
