LEBANON, OH (FOX19) -- Jurors in the retrial of Ryan Widmer report they are at an impasse.
The judge then gave the jurors more instructions, then sent them back in to deliberate.
The is the third day of deliberations for the trial. Ryan Widmer is accused of killing his wife, Sarah Widmer back in August of 2008.
Widmer was found guilty in the first trial but that case was thrown out because of jury misconduct.

LEBANON, OH (FOX19) - After 10 hours of deliberation on Thursday, jurors in the Ryan Widmer retrial still do not have a verdict.
Widmer is on trial for killing his wife, Sarah, in the bathtub of their Hamilton Township home on August 11, 2008. He was originally convicted of the crime, but that decision was overturned after juror misconduct.
The jury began deliberations around 2 p.m. Wednesday, and deliberated for about four and a half hours that day.
FOX19 legal analyst Mike Allen believes the longer the jury is out, the more it will favor the prosecution.
"In this case, everyone expected a quick verdict," Allen said, based on how defense attorneys attacked prosecution witnesses during the trial. "The jurors are doing their job."
Deliberations resume at 9 a.m. Friday.
