Surf and Turf Canapé from the Celestial

.5 oz blackened sirloin grilled and sliced and placed in a pre-baked mini phyllo cup.

.5 oz sliced cooked rock shrimp placed next to sirloin in phyllo cup.

Lobster sauce:

One large white onion finely chopped

2 oz butter

2oz flour

4 oz lobster stock

S&P to taste

Sautee onions with butter till translucent, add flour and let cook for 20 sec.

Add lobster stock and bring to a boil and turn off heat.

Add S&P to taste.

Once seasoned ladle .5oz of sauce over steak and shrimp and garnish with sliced chive.
