BATAVIA, OH (FOX19) - A Cincinnati Police officer was arrested for indecent exposure by police in Clermont County on Tuesday.
Robert McDonough has been wanted by the Clermont County Sheriff's Office since early May, when he exposed himself to employees at an Eastgate Sears store.
Once McDonough was identified from the security footage of the incident, he was contacted by police. He was then arrested after he turned himself in on Tuesday.
McDonough was arraigned Wednesday morning and pled not guilty. A judge set bail at $1500 and as a condition of release, McDonough can not go to stores at the Eastgate Mall or any Sears store.
Cincinnati Police officials say McDonough is being suspended with pay, and his supervisory and police powers have been suspended. Upon his release from jail, he will be on desk duty at District 4.
Once the misdemeanor case is over, McDonough will have an administrative review.
McDonough has been a Cincinnati Police officer since 1998 and spent 10 years in District 5 before being promoted to sergeant and being transferred to District 4.
