BATAVIA, OH (FOX19) - A Bethel stepfather was in court Thursday facing four additional counts of child endangering.

Timothy Hoskins, 42, was indicted Wednesday on the five counts of child endangering involving his stepson, Jerry Wells, who died June 1.

Police say Wells died while in Hoskins' care.

Hoskins was originally charged with one count of child endangering, but police filed four additional charges.

Hoskins' bond was set at $750,000 for the additional charges.
