MASON, OH (FOX19) - A former Mason High School student and Miami University football player has been indicted on a drug charge.
According to police 23-year old Zach Marshal altered a prescription for Tylenol Three at a Mason Pharmacy in May.
Marshal was indicted on a 5th degree felony drug charge. This is not the first time Marshal has found himself in front of a judge.
Marshall was convicted of Burglary two years ago and spent 60 days in jail after breaking into a girls dorm room when he was drunk.
