CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) -- Police continue to investigate the death of a 6-month old girl at a local daycare.

On Tuesday Cincinnati Police received a 911 call from the Willow Tree House Daycare Center. The caller tells dispatchers that they laid the children down for naps. When they returned to the room, 6-month old Anya Williamson was blue in the face.

The child was taken to the Cincinnati Firehouse on Ludlow Avenue in Clifton. There she was transported to Children's Hospital where she was pronounced dead. The caller told dispatchers that her mother ran the baby to the fire station because it was taking too long for them to answer the phone.

Police are looking into the issue.
