CINCINNATI (FOX19) - Police have arrested a 17-year-old after a man was gunned down in Over-the-Rhine.

22-year old Derrick Martin was shot and killed just after 11P-M last night on Goose Alley near Race Street.

He was pronounced dead on the scene.

The 17-year-old Damien Thompson was picked up by District Three officers and Cincinnati Police/US Marshall's Task Force (SOFAST) around 9:30 this morning in the 1200 block of Rutledge Avenue.

Police only had a description of the suspects who was described as a black man who was last seen on Green street wearing a sky blue shirt, blue jeans and Nike Air Force One shoes.

A witness said the gunman appeared to be a teenager.
