HAMILTON, OH (FOX19)- A Fairfield teen charged with vehicular manslaughter was sentenced Tuesday after pleading true, the same as guilty in adult court.
The 16-year-old was given 90 days in jail which was suspended and 100 hours of community service. Her license was also suspended for six months with limited privileges.
Last year, the teen was driving on South Gilmore Road with her boyfriend, Joshua Crain, 18, when she lost control and crossed the median, hitting a truck head on.
