BATAVIA, OH (FOX19) - A trial date has been set for a Cincinnati Police officer charged with indecency in Clermont County.

Robert McDonough will go on trial July 27, or he can enter a plea deal.

Investigators say the 12-year veteran of the force exposed himself to employees inside the Sears at Eastgate Mall.

McDonough is out on bond and has been suspended with pay from his police powers and his supervisor position.
