HAMILTON, OH (FOX19) - The Butler County Sheriff's Office has announced the arrest of a gas station robbery suspect who was found in Indiana.

Linville Scott Hall, 49, of Berea, Ky. is charged with aggravated robbery.  He is accused of robbing the BP station on Hamilton-Cleves Road on April 5.

Police say they collected several pieces of evidence that connected Hall to the robbery. Surveillance video showed him purchases weapons and a bandana to conceal his identity. It also revealed a vehicle that was used in the robbery.

Evidence results from the crime lab identified the suspect through a DNA profile that was on file from previous crimes. Investigators were able to track him to Muncie, Ind., where he was taken into custody and extradited back to Ohio.

Police say Hall admitted to the robbery after being presented with the evidence.

He is being held in the Butler County Jail.
