LEBANON, OH (FOX19) - A Dayton, Ohio grandmother and her boyfriend who were arrested earlier this week for leaving two children in a hot car were arraigned Thursday.
Dianna Taylor and Alvin Abney were video arraigned in Lebanon Municipal Court. Bond for each of them was set at $5,000.
During their arraignment, the judge cited lengthy criminal backgrounds. There were three pages of charges for Taylor, dating back to 1982 and including jail time. Abney has a pending theft case in Cincinnati and also spent time in prison.
Taylor and Abney are due back in Lebanon Municipal Court Monday.
Both of them face child endangering charges after officers found Taylor's two grandchildren alone in a hot car at the Monroe Outlet Center.
