CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - The Hamilton County Prosecutor's Office has announced an indictment against a man accused of a murder in January.
Joshua Miller, 21, is accused of killing Charleston Ogletree, 30, on January 28, 2010. Ogletree was found shot to death in a car in Walnut Hills while he was working as a cab driver.
Miller has been indicted for aggravated murder, murder, aggravated robbery and having weapons under disability. He was arrested Thursday and lodged in the Hamilton County Jail.
Ogletree's murder was the first of 2010 in Cincinnati.
