CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - The city of Cincinnati has passed a plan allowing more mobile food vendors downtown, and starting Monday, you will see more vendors.
As part of a pilot program, council set up three vending zones - Sawyer Point, east of the Purple People Bridge, the south side of Court Street at Vine Street, and the 5th and Race public parking lot.
Ten trucks have signed up to park in the spots, and permits will be issued to the first 20 vendors. They must pay $25 plus buy a $400 permit for a 6-foot fan. Anything longer will cost $800.
The vendors will be open every day from 6 a.m. until 3:30 a.m.
