CINCINNATI, OH (FOX19) - A Cincinnati man was in court Monday morning, accused of robbing a bank.
Ryan Fey, 34, was arrested around noon on Sunday after police say he tried to rob the Fifth Third Bank inside Kroger on Colerain Ave.
According to the arrest report, Fey handed a note to the teller advising that it was a robbery, and to place money in a bag with no dye packs. Upon receiving the cash, Fey exited the bank and was apprehended a short time later.
He is charged with one count of robbery and taken to the Hamilton County Justice Center. He was arraigned Monday morning, where his bond was set at $10,000.
