LEBANON, OH (FOX19) — Three men who are already sitting in prison for other crimes were indicted in Warren County for allegedly robbing the GameStop store in Deerfield Twp a year ago.

A grand jury indicted Christopher Carnes, 26, Montez Parrot, 29 and Micha L. Daniels, 21, all of Cincinnati. The men are serving time in the Lebanon Correctional Institution on similar crimes committed in Butler and Hamilton counties.

The three men allegedly entered the GameStop, 9871 Waterstone Blvd., on May 4, 2009. They pulled guns and ordered employees into a storage room where they bound them with duct tape.

Assistant Prosecutor Matt Nolan said they threatened to kill the employees. The three made off with 13 gaming systems and more than 100 games for a total value of around $1,500.

Carnes and Parrot were indicted on aggravated burglary, kidnapping and having weapons under a disability charges. If found guilty, the maximum sentence could be 65 more years in prison. Daniels was indicted for aggravated robbery and kidnapping. He didn't have the weapons under disability charge so he faces a possible 60 years for the alleged crimes, Nolan said.
