Fugitive wanted for 10 years in Warren Co. captured in Connecticut

LEBANON, OH (FOX19) - A suspect who has been on the run for 10 years has finally been apprehended by members of the U.S. Marshals' Southern Ohio Fugitive Apprehension Strike Team.

Jose Santo was apprehended in Glastonbury, Conn. He has been wanted by law enforcement in Warren County on felony charges of failure to pay child support since 2000.  At the time of the indictment, Santo was over $25,000 in arrears.

The Warren County Prosecutor's Office, through its child support enforcement agency (CSEA), collected $36,665,309 in2009 and was recognized for achieving the highest rate of collection per dollar spent.
