LAWRENCEBURG, IN (FOX19) - An Indiana man is behind bars after police found a large marijuana-growing operation at three properties in Indiana.
James E. Lowery, 41, is charged with possession of marijuana with intent to deliver more than 10 pounds, and manufacture of marijuana more than ten pounds, both Class C felonies.
Police say they located and seized two indoor marijuana-growing operations in Greendale. Special Crime Unit Detectives seized 262 growing marijuana plants and over 20 pounds of harvested marijuana. In addition, several thousand dollars worth of equipment used in the operation and assets were seized.
Lowery was arrested at his residence in Hidden Valley Lake during the execution of the search warrants.
The detectives began their month-long investigation after receiving a tip from an anonymous source.
