BATAVIA TOWNSHIP, OH (FOX19) - A Clermont County man is behind bars after police say he fired shots inside his home.
Patrick Harris, 44, is accused of firing four rounds into the wall and ceiling of his home on Old State Route 32 in Batavia Township around 7:30 p.m. Tuesday night.
Harris' wife, who was home at the time, fled the residence and called 911. Deputies responded to the residence and convinced Harris to exit, and he was taken into custody.
Police say he had been drinking and charged him with inducing panic, using a weapon while intoxicated and improperly discharging a weapon. His bond was set at $30,000.
